Our firm monitors hundreds of projects per month from Texas to DC, solely for construction lenders. We know the unique concerns of bankers and how to provide value added service to the bank and also the borrower.
Prior to commencement of construction, we review plans, construction contracts, construction and development budgets, schedules, Phase I Environmental and Geo-technical Reports among other due diligence documents. This service is available on all project types. We utilize our extensive cost database to compare your project to similar projects under construction or recently completed.
During construction, we visit the site to review and approve contractor requests for payment, permitting, construction schedule updates, budget revisions / change orders, and project conformance to plans, then issue findings and recommendations regarding these items.
On a weekly basis, we inspect hundreds of houses under construction in the Metro Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Greenville areas. These inspections often follow a bank specific construction check sheet allocating percentages to specific construction items. Photographs are also provided, and our inspection process is provided via a cloud-based system provided by CenterPoint Solutions. Visit www.ConstructionDraw.com for more details.
USA currently has a main office in Atlanta, Georgia and satellite offices in Austin, Texas, Charlotte, North Carolina, Washington DC, and Orlando, Florida.

A Property Condition Assessment (PCA) is an inspection of an existing building to determine potential deficiencies in the building site, exterior, interior, or mechanical systems.
