Key Benefits

FAQs

Does CC+ guarantee the project will be completed within the remaining budget?

No. CC+ does not provide financial guarantees or promise that projects will be completed within the remaining loan and equity funds. We provide expert guidance, risk mitigation, and transition support to maximize the likelihood of successful completion, but we cannot control all variables that affect project costs.

Who makes the final project decisions with CC+?

The Owner retains full decision-making authority and ultimate responsibility for all project decisions. USACC provides expert advisory support and recommendations, but we do not assume control of the project or act as the Owner’s representative.

Does CC+ create lender liability issues?

No. CC+ is specifically structured to protect lenders from liability. We act solely in an advisory capacity and do not direct project decisions or execution. This ensures lenders can have oversight and risk mitigation without being seen as controlling the project.

What other services are required with CC+?

CC+ requires our foundational services as prerequisites: Contractor Capability Evaluation (CCE), Plan & Cost Review (PCR), Draw Inspections, and Funds Control. CC+ cannot be purchased as a standalone service – it builds upon these essential risk management components.

How much does CC+ cost?

CC+ is priced as a lump sum fee with no hourly surprise charges. This is in addition to the costs of required foundational services. Travel costs for on-site meetings beyond standard draw reviews are billed separately.
